I loved this episode! I thought that Julie mentioned she would make available info. on the items she has for her Wellness Center (can’t remember where?). Just got word that I have some money to spend towards next year and would like to see if I can purchase some of the items she described. Thank you!

I loved the Zen Den that was talked about in this episode. Where can I find the white noise options that you talked about – things like a cat purring.

One of the websites linked from Dr. Julie’s site is http://childmind.org. Doing a search there came up with their recommendation of http://simplynoise.com/ . I’m not sure if that one has cat purring. Doing a Google search came up with this article https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/white-noise-apps which recommended https://www.tmsoft.com/white-noise/
